Making an interesting Psychic Warrior.

I really like the Guisarme, Reach and Trip is a solid combination.

Someone moves toward you and provokes AoO, you only have to hit there touch AC to hit with Trip, on your turn 5ft step and unleash the furry of all your natural attacks on then while they are at -4AC from being Prone.

Greatsword is awesome for its 2d6 damage but i think a pole arm has a lot more utility. the average damage difference is only 2 points and in a full attack it only accounts for 1 of 6th of the attacks going at them.

as your levels get higher the base weapon damage becomes less important

Polearm Trip Builds = Your DM will hate you, but your allies will love you!

Another seemingly obvious thing about polearms...you can attack from the second rank, adding to the damage taken by foes on the front row while not exposing yourself to damage. Sort of like being a melee "wizard." The extra damage may not be much, but it will help the front liners set up their Cleaves & Greatcleaves.
