Hey, this is pretty good. To be honest, I neglected the stoner archetype during the time spent working on this.

Since you went to the effort to make the stoner subculture, would you like it posted on the wiki in a seperate submission area?

There are lots of subcultures missing which perhaps we could work on they include

B-boy/B-girl (Hip-Hop)
Gansta
'Guido'
Preppy
Rasta

For sure, as I have no interest in working on these myself. If you, the Impaler, or anyone else would like to submit something like this, shoot me an email agt ORIONDC AT GMAIL DOT COM.

B-boys and B-girls are masters of bodyrock having mastered the four foundations of the dance being: uprock, downrock, freeze and power. Most b-boys and b-girls are fit and agile and can be found battling on any open area big enough to give them a circle

NB battling is the B-boy term for competitive dancing between two or more b-boys, b-girls or crews

Personality: B-boys are very intense and dedicated to perfecting their technique before going in and battling other crews. Smacktalking is an important aspect of dance battles and so B-boys can seem loud and overthetop too those not familiar with them

Relations: B-boys and B-girls are friendly enough but their intense dedication means that they usually only mix with others of their kind. B-boys think both Nerds and anarchs need to loosen up and dance, goths need to stop being down on everything and Jocks are fine as long as they just stand and watch

Cliques:Like minded B-boys and B-girls form 'crews' who work together to perfect new blowups. Crews will be lead by the most experienced b-boy in the crew who is often the man who thinks up the newest power moves.

+2 Dex, -2 Wisdom. B-boys have incredible agility and style but are often too focussed to notice anything outside the 'battle' .
Bodyrock: The blowups (gravity defying, acrobatic moves) of a B-boy/B-girl gives them a +2 bonus to all attack rolls, defense rolls and reflex saves
Automatic Dialects: Smacktalking
Social Class: Middle

B-boy Kung Fu Kids would be kewl
however a B-Boy Rockstar would be a Rapper (so can I change the stringed instrument rule?)

Hey, welcome back Slacker!

Nice to see ya working on M&M again. One or two in my current group had actually heard of M&M before I joined the group.

Are you going to be on the boards more often now too?

If I know anything about M&M, it is that the Rules are merely guidelines. Don't sweat the small stuff (your rockstar doesn't use stringed instruments? not a problem).

Sure, if that works best. Credit it to The Smokin' Crow, which is my internet name pretty much everywhere but here. Thanks.

Slacker is an excellent way of describing circumstances :D

I have always been on the boards, but I have a bad case of lurking, coming out every once in a while to say something.

You know, now that the player's section is done, and it is still in essence d20, you might have to subvert your group's DM to do some M&M (if you wish, I'm not going to defecate in your cereal if you don't). :D

Drowbane knows what he's talkin bout. If there is one thing in M&M you shouldn't do, it's be stuck with something you don't like. It's a silly game, and if you don't like a part of it enough, you won't try it, because intrinsically, a silly game doesn't have the long term potential that a serious game (like D&D) does.

So, in short, don't sweat the small stuff (see, I told you he knew what he was talkin about).

EDIT: Translated from some sort of weird english into normal english.

M&M's intrinsic silliness is why I've never quite felt comfortable trying to run it... but its a blast to play!! I still have my Metalhead/Jock/Rockstar around here somewhere.

Speaking of which...
How would you go about using M&M for something "Shaun of the Dead meets Mallrats"?

edit: oh, and Chef School? Dood, Terra totally owes me fifty bucks...
