"Manage Attachments" problem

OK, on my Dark●Matter Story Hour (link in sig, check it out folks! ) I had one of the crazy double post moments that the recent board slowdowns seem to be encouraging. To make something of the post, I tried to post an attachment in the "extra" post as a freebie; an image that we used during the game. Somehow, though, the Manage Attachments window won't load -- it sits forever trying to load unsuccessfully until half an hour or so later I get tired and close it. Anybody know what gives?

I've noticed that it doesn't seem to work during editing (and does what you have described) unless there was an image previously attached to that post. Is that your situation also?

Hmmm, yes it is. I hadn't noticed that before.

I have sometimes seen it do this. I don't believe I was editing at the time.

There have been times when I could not upload an attachment, and I'm sure I wasn't editing. It's very annoying. Sometimes though, it works just fine. Let's see if I can do it now....

Yup. This is a picture of the sugar skull I decorated at a Day of the Dead party a few months ago.
