I just finished We Are All Legends by Darrell Schweitzer. I'd heard it was a bit like Kane, but I couldn't get into nearly as much. It got better as it progressed, but overall was just decent.

I'm halfway through The Breaking of Northwall, the first book in the Pelbar cycle by Paul O. Williams. It's an enjoyable postapocalyptic tale from the early 80s.

Been reading Star Trek novels.

Presently making my way through "Assignment: Eternity".

About four chapters in and liking it so far. Book weighs a ton.

Somewhat disappointing ending to an otherwise great series. While I can live with not all questions being answered, the book pretty much plods from point to point until it comes to an ambiguous end.

Went on a bit of a trade comic bender and read:
[ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0785163484/ref=oh_o02_s00_i00_details"]Avengers: Feat Itself[/ame]
Best Avengers story I've read so far. Volumes 1 & 2 were pretty good. Didn't care much for either of the New Avengers titles I read. Going to pick up the first volume of the Secret Avengers series. Does Spiderman need to be in every title?

[ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0785157085/ref=oh_o02_s00_i01_details"]Captain America, Vol 1[/ame]
Fun story but didn't leave me wanted to pick up the next volume.

[ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0785145532/ref=oh_o02_s00_i04_details"]Invincible Iron Man, Vol 2[/ame]
Liked this better than the first volume. The stories seemed more cohesive. Really enjoyed the "Stark Disassembled" arc.

[ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1401233430/ref=oh_o02_s00_i03_details"]War of the Green Lanterns: Aftermath[/ame]
Good follow up to War of the Green Lanterns stories. Little disappointed no one points out to the Guardians that they're a bunch of asses.

Despite my heavily leaning toward Marvel this past binge, I'm still more of a DC fan. I only expect to follow one or two Marvel lines, whereas I plan on grabbing a half dozen of the first trades in the new 52 line.

Reading Zoo City, by Lauren Beukes. Pretty good so far.

Recently finished the 1st of Sanderson's Mistborn books, Saladin Ahmed's "Throne of the Crescent Moon", and Myke Cole's "Shadow Ops: Control Point" -- really enjoyed all three.

No. You are allowed to substitute Wolverine, instead. To be safe, you may also have both Wolverine and Spidey, of course.

I just finished A Rising Thunder by David Weber. Kind of disappointing, but the series has been going in this direction for a while so hopefully will see some pay off with the next book, which is supposed to be longer.

Going back to Facing Danger by Anne Walsh and will be reading The Worm Ouroboros, by E.R. Eddison after that (if nothing else catches my attention first)

Sadly, I'm reading Rules of the Road, as my driver's license is about to expire. I'm not looking forward to spending a half day at the DMV tomorrow. :(
