Ok it's a new month. What are you reading now?
Trying to complete Gardens of the Moon by Stephen Erikson and not qutie my cup of tea. Some interesting ideas, but the storytelling doesn't grip me.

Ok it's a new month. What are you reading now?
Trying to complete Guardians of the Dead by Steve Erikson and not qutie my cup of tea. Some interesting ideas, but the storytelling doesn't grip me.

What the heck is that? I've heard about a novella Erikson wrote, is that what it is?

Anyhow, I recently got Luck in the Shadows (by Lynn Flewelling) out of the library. This is a really good book if you're interested in thieving and spying action in a fantasy setting.

I'm also working on a short book called The Greek Tyrants by A. Andrewes. There's nothing like real life political events to inspire, well, political stuff in gaming. And it's first and foremost interesting history.

Excellent series. Her new series, set in the same world at an earlier time, is also excellent. The Bone Doll's Twin has been out for some time now, so I'm waiting for the second one.

Right now, reading Edgerton's The Queen's Necklace, set in the same world as Goblin Moon. So far, very good.

In the middle of Preston & Child's "Thunderhead," and hope to get started on the Harry Potter series as well. Schoolwork and extracurricular research puts a damper on things though.

Heh, then let me add Larson and Edwards' "Elementary Linear Algebra," Edwards' and Penney's "Elementary Differential Equations withe Applications," Epp's "Discrete Mathematics with Applications," and Tipler's "Physics for Scientists and Engineers." I agree: Boo schoolwork, boo, indeed.

Umm...I just started Book of Fours - one of the Buffy tie-ins. Which is OK so far...though I'm only about 40 pages in.

I'm also reading Legacy of Alexander by Brian Bosworth which is pretty cool.

I also finally just got the final book in the Technomage trilogy (Babylon 5 tie-in series) so I'll finally start reading it.

I've also started to reread volumes 1 & 2 of Astro City.

The Sundered Realm: The War of Powers book 1 by Robert E. Vardeman and Victor Milan. It is from 1980, good fantasy, some sex, a ghost in a bottle, a flying city, a city in ice. Not a bad read a bit on the light side.
