If you like non-casting Rangers this is fine. I generally want more magic in my Ranger than the PHB offers though, so it is not for me.

There is only one thing I think that is unbalanced is the Two Weapon Fighting Style. At 5th level, this would let you ger 4 attacks a turn, all using your ability bonus:

1. Attack action: Attack, Extra attack, Fighting Style Attack,
2. Bonus action: TWF attack

I think the current version of TWF style is much more balanced. If you really want your Ranger Dual Wielding maybe give him the feat for free, allowing him to use weapons that are not light and giving an AC bonus.

Most of us do prefer a non-casting Ranger and have been modifying the class since it was fist published.

Two-weapon fighting is the least effective method of combat compared to the other fighting styles when it comes to damage output, and falls behind further since it uses your bonus action. Allowing the extra TWF attack to be part of the main attack action corrects both deficiencies.

Two Weapon fighting ability allows you to make an attack as a bonus action but no modifier added.

The TW fighting style allows you to add the modifier to the attack and moves said bonus attack to the attack action. There is no longer a bonus action attack. So The player has maximum 3 attacks at 5th level (unless your a high level fighter).

Side note: The change we made to the TWF ability allows one weapon to not be light, as homage to The Grey Mouser (of Leiber's Fafrhd and the Grey Mouser).
