Your best bet is to go to www.mkrealms.com. They have a list of every figure and it's dial but I don't think it is downloadable.
However they do have a very active forum with people who probably have the very thing you are looking for.

Hello!
It's not exactly an easy-to-read spreadsheet - the full list takes up 4 Web pages, with links to pages for each figure - but the the Marvel Heroclix Figure Gallery at the WizKids site lists the figures and their abilities, and has a search function. On the page for each figure is a clickable link to its combat dial, with rules text for the powers that pops up when you hover the cursor over the ability. I'm not 100% sure that all the Promo figures are there, but I think they are. The DC set has a similar gallery (only 3 pages, though), and I suspect the Mage Knight sets have their own galleries, as well.

I have found this site VERY helpful , simply go to the "warriors" section - its completly searchable...
they also have some really good rumors/news , and usually prior to the official site posting it !
at anyrate , i find the game to be very fun and simple - as deep a game as you want to make it for yourself.
