How "Mass" are we talking?

Why not use the Chain Mail rules? You can download stats in PFD format, for a wack of diff. units from the WotC for free.

THere are rules in the Quintessential Fighter, and the book War. Neither has gotten a huge amount of favorible opinions, though.
