I avoided writing more for the exact same reason!

No, I don't think that's a spoiler.
I'm really looking at the stuff that has been said in this thread by everyone and the only conclusion I can reach is that you're having a case of over reaction. For instance someone calling the ending controversial doesn't say anything at all about what kind of ending it is. You might even like it for all anyone knows. Who you get in your crew and when might depend more on how you ended ME2, than how ME3 is plotted (I don't know, that's something I've yet to try). And talking about bugs isn't a spoiler (when there aren't details).Well it certainly spoiled it for me. After two years of anticipating this release of my favourite video game series, I am now playing through it knowing things that happen in the game before I experience them whilst playing it. That, to me, is the very definition of spoiler.

Friend: "Hey buddy, go see this movie. It's awesome."
You: "Dammit! Thanks a lot for spoiling it for me!"
If your definition of spoiler is so all-encompassing, you really should just avoid the boards altogether.
This!you really should just avoid the boards altogether.
Look up the definition of "etiquette", and perhaps exercise it in some capacity. You guys really need a lesson in common sense and etiquette. You post "No spoilers" and then both of you include spoilers in your posts. If you had been waiting for years for a movie to come out and then some random came up to you and said, "That movie sucks, the ending is stupid!" wouldn't you consider that a spoiler?
Worse, the OP then spoils things further with such comments as, "So far, my biggest disappointment is that the game steers sharply away from reacquiring any of the Mass Effect 2 crew, as they actually had quite a bit more personality than the ME1 team (with the notable exception of Wrex)." And, "It's a great game that serves up a lovely swan song for many heroes."
What specific events do you see spoiled in this thread?Well it certainly spoiled it for me. To what ends? "Kzach, there's a thread about ME3! Why aren't you posting in it?"I did. Until someone PM'd me.
I've read that the MP affects your "Readiness Rating", which is locked in at 50% unless you play MP or one of the other ME spin-off games, like Infiltrator. So basically, any war assets acquired are worth half value. Then again, I don't really get how the Galaxy at War terminal works, as I'm pretty late in the game now and it still shows up as "System is Offline", but my guess is that the ending you get is based on the odds of success you're given. Mine are now at "even".And I read in a preview interview that you don't need to play MP to beat the Reapers, but ut really helps. If you're a single player completionist, though, you should be okay (they did say you have to close to 100% in single player for it to work out, though).
I am surprised I've heard nothing on the bugs though. That was the main complaint of Skyrim, and I saw nothing playing that that made me bat an eye. But between creepy head facings during the narrative cutscenes and getting trapped in the floor during my first MP mission, the bugs have been a lot more obvious to me in ME3. Not enough to be put off by the great game, though.
