[Masters of the Wild] Resist Poison

Quick question: Do Reist Poison and Resist Disease, when taken multiple times, stack with themselves? This question arises when a player wants to take the feats multiple times (duh) and with the Animal Lord PrC- Snakelord requires that you take Resist Poison as a requirement but gives you it again as the first totem ability.

D&D feats in general aren't meant to be taken multiple times; when they do (like with Toughness), the feat will say so explicitly. The animal lord PrC writeup is probably in error, and I'd substitute some other benefit for the feat.
