There is a web enhancement on the Wizards web site which contains the following snippets of info - it is a druids grove, and it includes information about new items: opposable scimitar, wilding clasp, and wood wose.

"She also carries a +1 opposable scimitar*, which she can use while in wild shape so long as she does not allow it to meld with her new form. (This means she must put the weapon down before assuming wild shape and pick it up again after the change.) ". The wilding clasp apparently allows a periapt to remain active between wildshapes into different forms.

New spells include: (0)animal trick, (1)Sandblast, wood wose, (2)adrenaline surge, body of the sun, briar web, green blockade, (3) natures favour (4) forestfold, miasma, waterball, (5) regenerate critical wounds (6) greater call lightning

also of unknown level: camoflage, speed of the wind, power sight, hawkeye, druid grove and regenerate moderate wounds. Druid grove allows a druid to store spells in trees as if they were living scrolls.

At last, some interesting druid-specific magic! I forsee that Druids may rise in popularity after the publication of this long-awaited book.

Let's hope! They could use a little boost, in my experience. Few druid players in my neck of the woods.

However, I hope that the rangers and barbarians aren't left out. Those have always been two of my favorite classes, and I hope they get enough treatment. Of course, the prestige classes in Dragon this month helped out there too...
