In another thread a couple weeks ago (sorry, I can't find the original reference) someone mentioned a masterwork potion belt -- an item that lets you pull out a stored potion as a free action rather than a move action.
I'm working up an NPC and want him to have one of these things -- as a means of introducing the item to my players -- but I can't find the source or any reference. Where does this item come from? I checked the PHB and DMG 3.5, the Arms and Equipment Guide, the 3.0 splatbooks, the Mongoose Ultimate Equipment Guide, all to no avail. I got the impression that it was an "official" item but it could just be a homebrew job.
Where can I find this item? How many potions can it hold? How much does it cost? Can anyone help? Thanks.
