Cozy leisure fantasy meets D&D!

Mystery and whimsy collide on the beautiful island of Obojima, where humans and spirits have learned to live together. Every corner of the sprawling island has something new to uncover, and 80’s technology like vending machines, keytars, and kei trucks are mysteriously found throughout the land, But now, the Corruption has started to spread across Obojima, changing everything it touches into twisted abominations.

Obojima: Tales from the Tall Grass keeps the focus on enjoying the world around you. The lo-fi atmosphere emboldens adventures to be creative, go at their own pace, and take it easy. With an expansive cast of characters, new subclasses, spells, magic items, and a brand new potion-making system, you’ll always find something new on the island!

I'm an Obojima backer and have it in PDF, but not in hard copy yet (it should be getting sent out to US backers in April, I think).

It's a very good tonal fit for Totoro or Spirited Away. It's set up to be a separate thing than the regular D&D multiverse, but it probably would be fine if you used the right standard D&D stuff with it -- it'd go great with Wild Beyond the Witchlight, for instance.

Crazy, if only DND Beyond updated its coding and support so that these products were properly serviced.
You know what would be really cool? If DDB worked on supporting WotC's own 1pp products before adding all these 3pp products. But I guess the latter is easy money, whereas the former is hard work, so it's probably never gonna happen ...

Love that show! Waiting with bated breath for more. Anyone read or have an opinion on the monster-hunting one?
I haven’t completely dived into it, but it’s a great book with fun monsters. Much bigger than i expected. The warlock parasite patron is super cool, as is much of the book’s content. Not as many monster’s as i expected when i got it, but still fun.
