Mastery of Swordsmanship

Can you make up your own Prestige Class and give it to the Dungeon Master to look over?

In order to truely master the Jian you must free yourself from burdens within. Free your mind, let your body flow, and with a Jian in each hand let them take you over. Mastery in this art form requires that lose mastery of yourself.

Class Abilities
All abilities only work if you have a Jian in each hand.
Treat Jian as a discipline weapon for Devoted Spirit, Iron Heart, and Tiger Claw.
Levels in this class stack with levels in Warblade to determine what Fighter feats you qualify for.
You may use two stances at the same time as long as they are both Devoted Spirit, Iron Heart, or Tiger Claw stances and they are not both from the same discipline.
You may use three stances at the same time as long as each is from a different one of the three disciplines.
Your levels in this class add to your initiator level to give your total initiator level in each other class.
Each odd level in this class you gain 1 new maneuver in each discipline. The new Devoted Spirit maneuver is with your Crusader maneuvers, the new Iron Heart maneuver is with your Warblade levels, and the new Tiger Claw maneuver is with your Swordsage levels.
Each level Steely Resolve Pool increases by 2 points.
Gain a Combat Form feat from Players Handbook Two as a bonus feat at levels 1, 3, 6, 9, and 11.
At levels 1, 3, 6, 9, and 11 you gain a new stance from one of the three disciplines of your choice and it falls under the appropriate class as mentioned above.
At level 2 when you are making a Standard Action Strike with Devoted Spirit, Iron Heart, or Tiger Claw that uses a single weapon you may initiate another strike at the same time from one of the other two disciplines that also uses a single weapon. Each strike uses a different Jian, you take the normal Two-Weapon Fighting penalties, and you must have gained your Combat Focus.
At level 4 you gain an extra Granted Maneuver with your Crusader ability.
At every even level you gain an extra Readied Maneuver for your Swordsage ability.
At levels 5 and 10 you gain an extra Readied Maneuver for your Warblade ability.
At level 11 you may make a special Full-Round action where you initiate a Standard Action Strike from each of the three disciplines as long as you have Greater Two-Weapon Fighting, Melee Weapon Mastery (Slashing), and you have gained your Combat Focus.
