Matrix-type campaign?

If anybody has any ideas on how to make and manage a Matrix type campaign system with just all action. Perferably some help with how to manage out with Focus powers (dodging bullets, running up walls and stuff). Thanks a bunch

Just to give you an idea of what I had in mind, I was thinking a Star Wars kind of deal with Vitality and Wounds but instead of using wounds for force-powers, you use them as focus skills to perform Matrix-arific type stuff. If someone has anybetter ideas and/or would like to add to the system, then feel free to.

Probably a blend of d20 Modern and d20 Star Wars would get the effect you want. I dislike the VP/WP system, so I'd use d20M as the base, with SW's Force skills as the basis of Matrix effects.

Alternately, the d20M Psionics rules could be modified to do something similar.

actually, if you go to www.geocities.com/red_eyed_antipaladin and look at the Nomad psionic prestige class, it's like a perfect replica of the matrix. You could work some of those powers in.
