Maxing out Eldritch blast

Are there any items or feats other than the Chausible of Fell Power and The warlock's scepter that increase your Eldritch blast Damage? You could also pick up Empower and Maximize spell like ability.

Hellfire warlock prc (available as a free article on the wotc site) adds hellfire damage, and this can be boosted further with bloodlines (which can further boost your effective hellfire warlock level).

Hellfire Warlock is a double dip, it gives hellfire blast and advances eldritch blast. It practically sells itself.

Depending on how your DM feels, UA's bloodlines and Legacy Champion in Weapons of Legacy can advance these well beyond what they were intended to be. With the two, you can effectively get a hellfire blast that smacks the crap out of everyone and everything. Plus, your eldritch blast is advanced too by this.

What bloodline boosts it and how? I looked through them but completely missed it. Thanks!

How much Cheese do you want? I think I read someone building with psionic feats, lots of them: Wild Talent so you can get others, then Psionic Shot (+2d6 dmg), Greater Psionic Shot (now +4d6 dmg), finally Psionic Meditation (so you can "charge" your EB as a Move Action). You will not be too mobile, but there it is. All SRD I belive.

Any major bloodline will do the trick.

If I'm understanding it correctly, a Bloodline level increases your caster level. So wouldn't a Warlock 5 have the same Eldritch Blast as a Warlock 4 with one Bloodline level (at the cost of saves, BAB, skill points, hit points and class features)?

(Sorry for pressing the issue, I can't see what I'm missing. Thanks for the help!)

Bloodlines improve all abilities dependent on class lv, and this applies equally to all classes/prcs you have.

Let us say that you are currently a warlock/hellfire warlock3 with a major bloodline (any one). The 3 bloodline lvs (at lvs 3, 6, 9) apply to both your warlock and hellfire warlock lvs. This means that you are treated as having the equivalent of 6 lvs in hellfire warlock (because the ability explicitly words it as being keyed off HW levels), so your hellfire blast deals an extra +12d6 damage.

Lets say you are a warlock9/hellfire warlock3. You get a bloodline lv at lv3, 6 and 9. So at lv12, you use EB as a warlock14 (9 from warlock, 2 from HW, 3 from bloodline) for 7d6, and 10d6 from hellfire warlock.

Obviously, you will want to stagger your HW levels so that they will not get "eaten up" by the bloodline drawback (ie: take them at lv10, 11 and 13).
