Oldies, mainly...

Well, I got done with KotOR a couple of weeks ago; I've been drifting between NWN and Warcraft III. (Actually, I've spent an inordinate amount of my computer game playing time playing a Shockwave Risk-clone...)

NWN's fun, but I miss KotOR... :\

Due to the number of high-quality Neverwinter Nights modules being released by the fan community, I've probably played NWN more than any other game I've purchased in the last few years. Bioware did a fantastic job by giving fans lots of freedom to create their own custom content for the game. Heck, I've played several modules that surpass the original campaign in terms of quality.

I haven't been playing too many PC games lately since I grew rather cross at my laptop with decent specs not being able to run Unreal Tournament 2004. I mean honestly, it ran UT2k3 just fine, and all UT2k4 did for me was run choppy and screw up my sound card somehow. Stupid DirectX.

On the Xbox, however, my roommate and I have been grooving on Baldurs Gate: Dark Alliance II. We have high hopes to finish the game before the end of school next week. (I'm not sure if that's reasonable or not considering where we are... we just have the elemental plane of fire to finish before whatever comes next.)

I hope to crack back into NWN this summer, and perhaps pick up a few more XBox games. (Though I can't wait for the Call of Cthulhu one this fall...mmmm...)

I'll know tonight as it is still sitting in the plastic next to my PS2. Work is killing me! I can't wait to play it as I loved the first one. I actually never played the second for some reason...

EB has Onimusha 2 for about $15 new now a days, if you'd still like to play it.

been on vacation all month so nothing so far. But on the 19th Bujingai comes out and I'll probably get that. It's only PS2 which sucks IMO, and the swords are too big so its kinda korny. But it looks fun in the demo I saw, and a friend of a friend worked on it so I said I'd check it out.

Also dabling with CoH on a friends machine last night right after my flight home, it was a lot of fun. And now that blockades are in puzzle pirates I suspect I'll be playing that even more than usual.

Planned on playing City of Heroes, but after not enjoying myself much in the beta, that is no longer the plan.

Instead, after being quite disappointed in NWN at its launch, I was talked into trying it again and I'm having a blast. Between the expansions and community created PWs and mods, this game is finally what I had hoped it would be.

I'm also playing some SimCity 4 and NHL 2004 on the PC. GC is currently collecting dust.

Recently I've been playing Castlevania: LoI and Maximo vs. Army of Zin. I've beat them before, but now I'm trying to find all those secret's I missed the first time around. On the PC, I'm playing Diablo II. I have a hardcore barbarian character who only uses Wirt's Leg as a weapon (fortunately my cohort is a powerhouse!). It's a challange, but victory will give me serious bragging rights.

Of course, this will all change once I get La Pucelle: Tactics in a few days (hopefully). It's a prequal to Disgaea: Hour of Darkness, one of my favorite games.

JUST got the Morrowind Game o' The Year Edition for PC. I'm hooked. Been meaning to get this for a while, and seeing it for $30 with both expansions was just too good to pass up.

Currently playing a 4th level Knight who rocks. :)
