Okay, couple of things...

A) We have a flier out! It's too big to upload, but the PDF link is found below. Kudos to Xath for making it.

B) I arranged for 15 tables so that we have enough room to move around, and there's also a forward table. We'll have signup sheets there for whatever people desire. 15 Tables = 150 people, which is more than enough methinks.

C) Everything looks good. Am I missing something?

Sounds good. I also plan to be there early (~ 7:15-7:30). I think we should probably split the room into the Open/Pick-up Games and the Pre-Reg games...it sounds like we will have plenty of space to spread out.

Rodrigo is bring some signage and I will probably grab a packet or two of butcher paper and an easel or two as well.

I picked up the posters this morning. I should have the signs for the individual tables soon, too. It just occurred to me that I may not be able to get there by 8am as I'm Metro-reliant, so it may be necessary to meet someone who can be there early and hand off the signs.

Cancellation in the morning

Mr. and Mrs. MetalBard will not be able to make it to the Trouble in Correl game in the morning. We will still be able to make it to Psion's afternoon game, though. Sorry to cancel so late in the game, but we've had some things come up for that morning. Still very eager to participate in the afternoon though.

I noticed that your game description asked people to submit preferred character types. I know my wife would like to play a researcher/academic type. I would like to play a somewhat psionics oriented character if that fits in to your session, if not, I'm really willing to play whatever honestly. I'm just excited to be able to play T20 for the first time.
