Old One, send me some e-mailage so we can make sure everything is accounted for. A couple last minute games were added to the previous thread from TGC folks, and we need to make sure anything that isn't done is... well done.

Old One,

FYI, there is another DM who submited a game on this thread http://www.enworld.org/forums/showthread.php?t=89869&page=17&pp=20, that I dont' see on the first page of this thread.

Is there any way to sticky these threads just for these final two weeks?

TW -

I just haven't had a chance to format and insert it yet...I should have that done by the end of today. I did request a sticky from the Mods...but there is a "no sticky" policy for Game Days...

Ok, folks...

Greetings Gang!

We are getting down to brass tacks...

A couple of loose ends to tie up:
  • Rodrigo - How is the signage coming?
  • DRM - Directions/layout .pdf file? Barring that, can you repost the website for the student center with the driving directions? Also, we need to confirm the cost for all day parking and re-list the food places, so people have an idea of how much cash to bring. Finally, do we have table numbers?
  • Extra "stuff" - If you have extra gaming "stuff" - battlemats, minis, pens, dice, props, etc - please consider bringing it with you for the Game Day so your fellow gamers can use it if they forget something.
  • Table Numbers/Number Holders - If anyone has a line on 10 Table Numbers/Table Number Holders like they use at weddings and banquets, please bring them. DRM has been looking into them...but I really think it would help with the organization.
  • Double-check your games and time slots. We have had one game cancellation and two games added. A number of great games still have open slots, let's support these hard-working DMs!
