And I'm guessing that pic will be the exception to the "sensibly clothed female" rule we've seen for the art so far.

Sensibly clothed is one thing. But will they have comfortable shoes, and more importantly, will said shoes provide a mechanical advantage? 'Cause if the pumps deliver +2 Cha, the flats had better provide +2 Con.

Your working off the older playtest: flats have no bonus or penalty, but heels grant +2 cha, but disadvantage on acrobatics and stealth checks.

That was my thought.

I'm glad they let Mike go out and talk about it rather than some PR shrill. You can tell he's a gamer that's really proud of his creation.

There was a video Q&A recently, where I really got that vibe from him. He's a gamer making a version of D&D, and he's super-stoked about the D&D he helped make. That by itself got me more pumped about this edition.
