[Media] Superheroes in fantasy setting

Is there any comics, novel, anime/western animation or tv that had costume superheroes in a sword & sorcery/fantasy setting? Not modern fantasy but medieval type setting. So far their have been Marvel 1602 and a few Heshin live-action shows for far. Not if He-man and Masters of the Universe fits.

The idea is warriors in any type of armor with powers other than magic with secret identities in a fantasy setting doing typical superhero deeds. Some would wear masks or helmets to hide their true identities for whatever reasons.

Any suggestions?

Not medieval, but the original League of Extraordinary Gentlemen was set in the 1800s.

There have been Elsewhen (DC) or What If (Marvel) alternative universe stories that featured heroes in alternative times, and Spawn has showed up in a couple of forms throughout the ages. I seem to remember a retelling of Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court that featured Superman sometime back in the 1970s.

Some immortal/time-travel stories have had villains and/or heroes pop up all over Earth's history- check out stories about Kang the Conquerer, The Time Trapper, The Flash, Vandal Savage and some others.

Some stories have featured versions of characters who "pre-dated" the superheroes we're so familiar with- like a "Batman" who was a costumed adventurer in a previous age, but who- except for his conception- had no actual links to Bruce Wayne.

The Avengers Vol 2 (drawn by George Perez) had the Avengers relocated in the medivel times. The X-Men ( I believe 193-195) had them and Spider-man thrust into a medivel time period.

Beyond that... I kinda did this in my Storyhour Strikeforce: Morituri but that was more of a planar adventure than having superheroes existing "naturally" in that time period.

Iron Man vs. Doctor Doom: Doomquest collects Iron Man #149-150 and #249-250, where the pair are thrust back to the days of Camelot and then to the far-flung future.
