Buttercup
Princess of Florin
The EN World booth is a good central location for people to meet, since it is easy to locate. But what if you need to leave a message for someone, or if you want to run or play in a pick-up game?
We've got you covered, my friends!
Message Box There will be an index card box at the booth which we will use to leave messages for each other. I will have written directions available, but essentially it works like so: To leave a message you write the name of the person you want to leave the message for on the top of the card, then write your message on the card and file it in the box under the person's name. To check your messages, just look up your name in the box and see if there are any cards for you! Simple, eh?
PIck-up Games I've put together a binder with tabbed dividers for each day of the convention. The Game Master fills out a sheet describing his or her game, the number of players desired, the time and date of the game, and then files it in the binder. Peeps looking for a game browse through the binder and add their name to the list.
Why am I telling you this now? Because both of these tools will only be effective if people use them. And you won't use them if you don't know they're available, will you? So now you know.
The EN World booth really is *the* place to stop by every day.
