[MEG] Gaming Frontiers moves to a new home

Phil - So I don't email you unnecessarily, could you clarify "publisher"? ;-)

Print publishers exclusively?

Thanks
Nell.

PDF publishers are welcome to contact me. It wouldn't be right for me to say "No way PDF" when that's pretty much all I've done with D20. There's some great PDF stuff out there and I hope the work I do on Gaming Frontiers can introduce more people to PDFs.

Yeah, yeah, act all poor and stuff ;-)

Since i started a business i found out that some things are far simpler than i ever imagined, and some of the most simple things need the most work. I'm wondering if taking over another publisher is the former or the later.

Yes and yes ;) .

All we do is time consuming and we already have a lot on our plates, that was where the great Phil Reed came in, with his background we knew we could leave GF in good hands and be more of a helper then adding another product line to our plate, so Phil was the instrumental key in deciding to do this.

As for other companies, we have been fortunate that those we tend to team up with have a similiar focus and are work but not more so than any of our own products or lines, BUT we have been lucky!

What about freelancers who want to do something for a specific setting like Bluffside? :D

What about the "Gaming Frontiers: Monsters" book, did you aquire that as well as the magazine? And if so, should those who worked on it expect the deal that they had with Mr. Williams to be altered or abandoned?

I am not familiar with the details so I cannot comment. I will talk to Robert about this.

Gaming Frontiers New Publisher And Look
Any idea what will become of Robert's Gaming Frontiers Special Delivery subscriber emails? He had some great deals on those, and I bought something from just about every one...

Robert will continue to send out those deals on a regular basis to the best of my knowledge. He still owns United Playtest. We only took GF so some of the United Playtest stuff he will still be doing such as these deals and reviews, etc.
