Mercenaries at Origins?

I'm glad to hear that it wasn't just an ogre cave opium induced dream. :D

I agree that the 60 page preview did the book justice and it looks like it has an excellent focus on mercenaries as opposed to being a big, cool book of stuff ala AEG's Mercenaries.

Looking forward to seeing this puppy in the stores.

Hahah, that's what we call "level-setting your customer" in the biz. >:)

Side note: plant monsters are not included in the "make your own mercenary" calculations so technically, you can't hire a shambling mound (what in the heck would you pay it with? Dirt?).

And that FK news?

I know, I am seeming like an FK nazi, but enquiring pulpers need to know!

What was the announcement, as I wasn't there?

That announcement is going to have to wait. Things haven't been worked out completely and we're not at liberty to say anything. As soon as we can though, we'll shout it from the rooftops.

Hyrum.

"Fertilizer"? :)

Glad to see from the number of posts that there's still a lot of interest in seeing Mercenaries hit the shelves.

Too bad that the Pulp info is still top notch. I'm still hoping it's Pulp Cthulhu. No offense to Chaosium, but I'd like this book out before I die and I mean this in a literal sense.
