What about the shop reputation ?

In your example you sell weapons on the black market.
This should have some effect on interaction with the locals, the authorities, etc.

Any plans on including guilds or other organizations?

Sorry, I got distracted with lots of other stuff and forgot about this. But it's good to hear that people are still interested! I just posted up a new version with ltos of changes, and I'll be updating it more in the coming weeks.

This project is kind of abandoned at the moment. However, I am writing a campaign setting that also includes a different business system. My new system also includes several "events" that can happen to your business, like tax hikes and robberies. I expect to be finished with at least the first draft within a couple weeks

ditto, i'm already trying to convert it based on these rules and hte old dmg2 rules. Will let you know what i figure out.
