Mercykiller planescape faction

Can somebody give me a quick summation or link to material on the planescape faction of mercykillers? I'm running a game where the party is going to Rigus and one tidbit they learned from legend lore was that there was a faction there called mercy killers. I have the outlands guide but not the actual planescape setting or 3e WotC plane stuff.

of the triad of "Law" factions, these guys were the ones who were most like LE. the Guvners would have been LN, the Harmonium LG. but those are all generalizations...

That sounds right. Vahilor from Planescape Torment was a Mercykiller. He was the kind of guy who would send to to jail for ten years for littering. He was all about justice, but he felt that only people who suffered for their crimes could really appriciate it.

Heres the link to the Planewalker material on the factions. It's post faction war, so information on the Mercykillers is going to be split between the Sodkillers and the Sons of Mercy (both of which were originally independant factions before the Great Upheaval, during which they combined to form the Mercykillers. During the events of the Faction War the MKs split back into their original ideological splinter factions).

Now in Rigus post Faction War the original Mercykiller influence is going to still be largely controlled by the Sodkillers, given that they took over most of the old Mercykiller operations in Acheron, which Rigus is the gatetown of. The Sons of Mercy are contained largely to Bytopia (being LG/LN to the Sodkillers LE/LN) and won't be much of an issue in Rigus.

And shame on me for also not mentioning the material on the Mimir

Tis me you speak of, and that's still my email. You can find my 3E prestige class for the Mercykillers at the following link: http://planehopping.tripod.com/mercykiller.html . Drop Ambidexterity and Intuit Direction, change Wilderness Lore to Survival, and it should be good to go for 3.5 (this is just a quick glance...I haven't had a chance to convert them to 3.5 myself yet).

Also, check out zshufords Kriegstanz. It has faction feats, a faction PrC, and stats for the factol herself, although all of this is 3e, iirc.
