Merging Magic Items

I have a sorcerer with a ring of sustenance, ring of wizardry 2nd level and the forge ring feat. Are there rules for combining 2 items together? I know that you can add additional abilities to an item for a 50% increase in cost of the new ability, but do you get some type of break if you actually have the item already there and you just want to merge them?

No. There are no such rules or rebates (in the core rules).

hmm. but you might make it easier to forge another ring combining the two features, after careful examination of his two rings. With of course, the same rules.
