Merry Julian Christmas!

We have it Gregorian way. But since Russia is our neighbour it is quite well known that you celebrate it a couple of weeks later. So did "Ded Moroz" bring you any nice gifts? (Sorry if I spelled that wrong :uhoh: :heh: )

Thirteen days, to be exact (January 7 on the Gregorian Calendar is December 25 on the Julian Calendar). ;)

Don't worry, you spelled it correctly (at least about as correctly as it could be spelled using the Latin-based alphabet rather than the Cyrillic-based alphabet). :)

So far I received some cards and a bit of money, though there are still a few more relatives left to visit in the next few days. I was actually quite relieved as I thought that I'd receive a lump of coal instead.

What gifts did Ded Moroz bring for you? :D

Not much. The nicest things would be a leatherman and The Orc King book. And lots of essentials for a new household as my GF and me moved together :D .

Did Ded Moroz bring her something too or are those shared gifts for both of you? :)
