Metaconcert and Experience points

For the Psionic power Metaconcert (the one where a bunch of Psi's gang up and join forces), what happens if they manifest a power with an XP component?

Is it split among the casters, or delegated solely to the heade manifester?

What is the caster level of the concert?

BTW Has wizards written anything clarifying this power and giving rules for it?

Wizards has not clarified this.

Metaconcert doesn't last long enough to make psionic items with it.

For a power, I assume the "conductor" picks one person in the metaconcert to pay XP through the nose, and that's that. You must trust your conductor, and hope they won't steal your XP.
