All the details are on the project page, but basically this:
- Goodman Games is working with creator Jim Ward to reprint the very first sci-fi RPG, Metamorphosis Alpha, in a deluxe hardcover format. This book also includes reprints of all the supplemental articles and errata from the first couple years of Dragon magazine and other sources.
- It also includes a ton of new material including an introductory adventure, and new creatures and NPCs written by the creator himself, Jim Ward.
- This Kickstarter project ends in two weeks, and has already met its funding goals plus its first stretch goal: all hardcover backers also get a GM screen, a .pdf of the original rule book, and a 24"x36" poster map of the starship Warden.
