That doesn't help that much, unless the psion in question happens to be a construct itself: As I read it, Share Power means the psi-crystal is subject to the same effects of a power as its master. It doesn't get to choose a different form to morph into. Hence, if its master can't change his type to construct, neither can the crystal.
Assuming the master is morphing as well, yes. If you really want it to turn into a construct for whatever reason, however, the psionicist can simply manifest metamorphosis on the psicrystal to turn it into a construct:
Share Powers said:Additionally, the owner can manifest a power with a target of “You” on his psicrystal (as a touch range power) instead of on himself. The owner and psicrystal cannot share powers if the powers normally do not affect creatures of the psicrystal’s type (construct).
The answer to the original question of "Does the psicrystal become what I become when I change form and share powers?" isn't changed by that clause, of course, but the psicrystal becoming a construct is in fact a possibility.
