I've seen all the episodes that have been on A&E. And, yes, I thought it had a lot of great ideas for a small group of PC spies.
BTW, in England I believe the show was called "Spooks". I made that discovery when I was looking through a British magazine and saw an ad for DVDs. I was like wow those three actors did another series together and it was about SPIES! Then I realized they, A&E, most have changed the name.

I got turned off the first episode. With all the real problems in the world with terrorists and foreign powers, they decide to use American pro-lifers as the villians. Maybe if they hadn't tried so hard to push their own political agendas I would have enjoyed the show. While stuff like that happens, its not some organized group, but a lone kook who anyone with a conscience would turn in at first oppurtunity.

Sorry to burst your bubble but Spooks (or MI5 as it's been renamed for the foreign market) doesn't have a political agenda. OK, so that "baddies" in the first episode are America, big deal. To be honest, I didn't pay their nationality much notice. Give it another go, you'll enjoy it.Achan hiArusa said:

I've been TiVoing it since it first aired here in the states. I also take no offense to any view that America's are not all nice people. I liked the plot involving the pro-life movement, it was pretty cool.
