D&D (2024) MichaelSomething's Official Statement on the 2014 D&D rules going out of print

All games not created equal. Some are created for the swifter mind, some with greater beauty. Some are created on shoe string budgets; and others are made with feeble rules. Both in launch and in support, in sheer scope of quality, every game is inherently different!

Yes, that is why people discriminate against one game or another. Which is why there is struggle, competition, and the unfaltering march of progress! Inequality is not wrong, equality is!

What of the music and movies working to made equality a right? Rabble entertainment by a popularity contest! The video game industry with its equal distribution of fun? Fandoms of lazy dullards! But not our beloved Dungeons and Dragons.

We fight, we compete; evolution is continuous! Dungeons and Dragons alone moves forward; advancing steadily into the future.

Even the death of the 2014 rules demonstrates Dungeons and Dragon’s unswerving commitment to progress! We will fight on; we shall struggle, compete, plunder, and dominate and in the end the future shall be ours!

All Hail Dungeons and Dragons!

I'm a fan of playing D&D and other RPGs. I'm not a fan of D&D as brand or lifestyle hobby. I don't care about postal stamps, Funko pops of Venger and the other cartoon characters, tie-ins with Magic the Gathering, cookbooks, D&D Clue or Monopoly, etc.
I don't want to be a billboard to promote a billion dollar corporation, paying them for the "honor" of being a walking advertisement. I now feel the same way for Star Wars and other fandoms.

Congratulations on writing something truly incomprehensible. I have no idea what you are trying to communicate.

Come on, the postal stamps are pretty good.

I was with you up until they released D&D Lego.
