Midnight - 3.5 ?

If I remember correctly, the Midnight campaign setting came out before 3.5.
Would it require conversion to work with 3.5, or does it work pretty well "as is" ?

I can only think of two significant changes.

1) DR. The 3.5 DR is better, at least for this setting.
2) Some spells changed schools, so follow the link

A 3.5 Conversion is forthcoming, but I'm not certain when this will happen. I, and three other people at Against the Shadow submitted a document that contained alot of the changes. If you are interested I can email you that document.
