Photo's a bit blurry, but the color and shading look great.

You might want to try reducing the size of that image too, it's pretty huge. Making it smaller might even sharpen it up a bit.

Picture quality and size

I dont have any idea on how to crop of make a picture smaller... maybe I should actually load some picture software that I have and play with it....

The mini is a reaper demon...won first place two years ago in a local hobby store's contest. I have some better pics... just need to know how to make them smaller files... any help would be much appreciated.

What kind of computer do you have?

If you have a Windows machine you can use the included program Paint (in Accessories) to crop out the grey space around the little guy. If you have access to an artist's computer they will have a professional program like Photoshop which will allow you to shrink and expand art with intelligent filtering so that the pic doesn't get jaggy. Photoshop is pretty expensive, there are a lot of things in between it and Paint. And I'm sure the Mac has something - I just don't know what it might be.
