I'm looking for a reliable and safe method to store my d&D miniatures . I use them often for my D&D campaigns . Now i'm using some plastic bags in a cardboard box , divided by miniature type ( undead , animals , ecc ) , but it's clumsy and doesn't work .

Thank you

I use those clear plastic tackle box inserts to store mine. While it's not as good as one of those boxes designed to actually carry mini's, it is cheaper and I like being able to just look through the top and see everything without opening it up. If I remember right, and it's been awhile since I've actually looked, I can store 32 mini's per insert. I also have a 3 tiered tackle box that I keep all my painting supplies in, as well as all my works in progress.

I found some nifty clear storage cases at an Ace hardware near my house. They range in size from 18 to I think 64 little partitions that work great for minis. And you can alter the little plastic partition pieces to accomadate bigger minis with no trouble at all and the cases are pretty tough and durable. And the best part is that they cases cost about $1.50 for the small and $3.00 or so for the big ones. I imagine any hardware store would have something similar.
