Miniatures wanted

For my future gming, I'm searching for a bunch of miniatures. Nothing specific, just a heap of the standard monster. Orcs, bandits, skeletons and that stuff. I don't need any special or rare monsters. Fantasy should be main part, some more modern ones are okay. D&D mini stuff would fit right in. I have searched the web but stores sell only very small quantities or even single special monsters and even ebay wasn't of much help. Do any of you guys have help where I might find what I need? Or does anyone have a bag full for sale?

I'm from Germany, shipment options must include that. And I'm really terrible at painting, so I need painted minis.

I have several websites I go to that sell D&D Miniature singles. Depending on the rarity of the mini, you can get some for less than $1.00 each. You can also get bunches of a dozen or more of certain minis depending on how late in the WotC production series the minis come from. So you can buy a dozen of a certain goblin mini, or orc, or undead etc. My very first D&D minis purchase two years ago got me over 120 minis for about $100... 1/3 of them PC minis, 2/3rds of them monsters.

I vote for Auggie's. I used to game in his basement, which is where he keeps all of his stock. It was rather cool playing D&D surrounded by shelf after shelf covered with boxes full of minis.

Agreed. RPG Locker is one of my favorite -- and cheapest -- sources for minis. O'Ryan is a fellow ENWorlder and I'm happy to give him my business.

The other option I would recommend for both price and great customer service is Miniature Market.

Shipping overseas for North American based sellers is very expensive. This might help.

I had troubles finding any auction on ebay.de with more than only a handful of minis (which are mostly too expensive) so restricting it further wouldn't help. And I guess German sellers won't put their autions on ebay.com. But I'll take a look at it later. But this thread seems to pay off really well. I received a message from someone selling his whole bunch of minis. Maybe that will do

I also found some bag which sound promising on Auggies. Thanks for all the help. I'll hopefully find what I need now But if anybody sells a box of minis, leave a post. I'll put in a post once I don't search anymore.

I can help put together a bulk order of minis if you were interested. I've helped gamers with this sort of thing many times. The way I usually do it is to ask you how much you want to spend including the shipping cost. I like to get an idea for what type of minis you're looking for. Then I put together a list of minis until I reach your budget. Then you can look the list over and decide if there are any that you don't want, and I will replace them with minis you will want.
