Auggies and RPGlocker are great for overseas - I ship them to Korea. I just bought from both and averaged around 70 cents per mini.

Well if you would consider unpainted minis I'd definately recommend www.Dragonworld.de. They have lots of minis from Reaper and Ral Partha. The Partha ones are very cheap too.
Not sure if they have painted minis. It's a great shop though...

Hi,
I used to sell D&D miniatures by the bucket load on eBay, until they bumped their charges one time too many and it wasn't worth my effort anymore. I still have a few thousand commons and uncommons knocking around. Nothing spectactular anymore, of course, but good enough to get people started or boost their existing minis. These days I do a 100 minis for £25 (so that's 25p a mini). Since i'm based in the UK, postage shouldn't be a problem to Germany. You can check out my ebay id here.

BTW, D&D minis are supposed to be 32mm scale (I think!).
