Uh, I'll say it again:
Giving Minions vulnerable is silly.
A minion dies when hit. It doesn't matter if the hit did extra damage because it's vulnerable purple or fire or whatever. Hit=dead.
If you are saying they are 'vulnerable' because your houseruled variant two hit minions die in one hit with some certain damage, well, that's not vulnerable, that is a house rule of a house rule.
