Why is it that, whenever I get a box of minis, it seems to contain a lot of garbage no one can use, or that might be used ONCE if at all? I seem to have a lot of farmers, blue drakes, weird abberant things, etc. but it's harder to find orcs, goblins, kobolds, drow, or skeletons that would be more useful in a game.

Would it kill WotC to put out boxes of goblins, kobolds, etc? I've stopped buying the minis as I can't get the things I need, and I have no desire to mess around with the randomized packaging any longer. If we can buy Drizz't, why not low level minions?

Wotc is happy with the random packaging's sales.

The secondary market is not that bad IMHO.
