Minor celebrity roleplayer - Phillies' Catcher

One of my co-workers's (from a job I had 2 years ago) son actually met Todd Pratt. He would play often with him and was part of his guild and then got free tickets to a game and met him. I don't know if her son still plays it.

GO CUBS 2003 WORLD SERIES CHAMPS

Now this was a serious thread before you game out with this outlandish thread. While I love Wriggleyville, THE CUBS HAVE SUCKED, STILL SUCK and WILL ALWAYS SUCK.

Let me guess by the scathing response you gave me that you are a sox fan.

Well in return for your hostility,I say have great day and I hope every endeavor you entake blooms to fullest fruition.

And may you also have a long and happy life.

*stop the hate*

I was an avid Cub fan, but due to the horrid running of the team and blatent disrespect of the Cub fan, I have turned my back on them. They are dead to me. As a matter of fact when they died all of professional baseball died. Pro ball is dead to me.

I now am a Kane County Cougars fan, but I still take any and all FREE tickets to Cubs games. Wriggleyville is a blast.

I was not hostile toward you in any way. I was hostile toward the Cubs. Noting I will ever post is meant to be hostile toward an individual. May your day be filled with joy as well:D

I agree with you there ..wrigley is a great place indeed.

I also agree that the management and top execs have done a horrible job with the team, this does not diminish my love for the cubbies though.True they have wronged the cub fans by not doing the things that have needed to be done, the latest which is putting up the screen amongst innumerable other slights.

However I WILL NOT let the tribune company,or more specifically the McCormicks ruin my deep affection for the cubs. Some of my earliest memories are of watching the cubs with my grampa on wgn,as harry cary slurred his words ,said players names backwards, and called his signature homerun call.Jodie Davis,Rick Sutcliffe,Andre"the hawk"Dawson,Ryno, and company are icons to me.

At least you do me the great honor of not being a sox fan.
Maybe things will turn around this year, but hten again I always say that.

Sorry for the off topic ramble good people of enworld,I appreciate your patience. My apologies knoethetoe if I misunderstood *bow*

And in case anyone's wondering, 14 hours, 49 minutes, 10 seconds to pitchers and catchers reporting for the spring.

Ahhh... the joys of living in Florida... :D

go... Yankees (although I'll also be rooting for the hapless Devil Rays... and the marginally better Marlins).
