Once I started using Word to create my adventures on the fly, pasting in monsters from the online compendium, I started saving all kinds of time. I keep the Word file in my Dropbox folder, so I can edit it from anywhere, and read it from my iPhone.
I even make a table for each encounter. Each monster gets a row, with their name, max hp, bloody hp, and a box to check if they have used their encounter power. The rest of the row is for me to jot down HP as they get hit.
Come game day, I print out the Word doc and it's like my own tailored Dungeon adventure.
