How exactly does Kitusne's darkvision work? Ie, is it a result of her Pyrotechnic abilities or is it from her "feeling out her surroundings" using her TK?

It's a manipulation of light. Shifting light that is normally invisible (infrared, ultraviolet, etc) into wavelengths that she can see. Part of the photokinesis ability. A variation of that is used in her invisibility...since invisibility works on any visual sense, not just normal sight, she can render herself invisible to even UV or IR based vision by altering wavelengths of even her own body's emissions.

I think I seriously need help getting the stats together. I have no memory on how to make M&M character, and it feels so complicated right now.

Anyways, for abilities I'm thinking something like:
Str 22
Dex (average, 12?)
Con (good, 14-16?)
Int (Dumb as a boot, 6...?)
Wis (ok, 8-12?)
Cha (Well there's just something about Big Dumb Blonde Vikings... 14?)

Does these sound feasible?

Actually, about the Int... It's not right to call him Dumb as a boot... Technically his boots used to be smarter than him, considering he made them out of Fenrirssen (sorta like a pseudo-babble norse mythology werewolf) skin...

Ranges are like standard d20.

22-23 "Best in World"
24-25 Peek of natural human achievement

Good. Exactly as was supposed to be...

A few translations and explanations:

Ieg = Is an amalgam of "I" and the norse version "jeg". I think the meaning became apparent pretty soon.

Og = And. Well you can't suppose he'd remember all the little words with that Int so he just uses the norse word.

Yrysh = Irish. I guess it was also understandable after a little thought .

Pycts = Picts. A scottish tribe around the time he lived in.

Ua Briain = Well, this actually one of the few words he got right . It's the original form of modern O'Brien, and with it he meant the irish tribe he used to fight. Ie. Brian Boru's descendants.

(Actually there is a bit of historical inaccuracies with the last two. About 200 years or so between)
