I've been away on holiday but I'm back now (although I'm unlikely to be back on t'internet until friday). Hopefully I can pick everything up then!

Okay, I made the last changes to the previous WiP sheet. Added two ranks to the survival skill and saved the 1 pp for later use.

Alright then. That at least gives me an idea about when I could start the game (or at least the Super Heroics portion of it).

You may add the character to the roll call thread at your leisure since he was basically finished.

I've got a draft of Michael up in the Roll Call thread.

He's not quite finished, and I have a few points drifting around, but I have to check a few things with you before I finalize this.

And if anyone with Ultimate Power has any suggestions for additional powers, I'm open to ideas.

Immunity . . . I figured the immunity array (attempts to move him) was roughly equivalent in frequency to damage (bullets). But if you think it's worth more than 5, I have the points to spend. I know I could blow the points on immobility, and get largely the same effect, but I don't like the limited speed aspect, and people who slam him shouldn't be hurt. It's not like running into a brick wall, it's more like running into a bed of reeds. You keep going, the reeds stay where they are.

Super Senses . . . I made this one up. I figured it roughly equivalent to intuit direction. Only the direction he intuits is "down". It also works in conjuction with . . .

Super Movement . . . Another invention. I need some way for him to balance per the acrobatics skill, but I don't seem him as very agile, or tumbly, or any of the other aspects of the skill. He's not poised, just upright. So I figured 2 points here would be enough to allow him to move at normal speed over balance beams and the like.

That's actually a pretty neat one. I think I'll take it. I'll probably drop the protection in favor of it, because it better models what I was thinking, and doesn't mess with my toughness save maxes.

Hmm, give him a magnet, and a big enough cork, and he probably could. But then, really I could give him a lot of odd senses if I felt like it. Sense Time (Limit: Only during daylight). :D
So basically... he's a bobble.
Er, yeah. Basically. The name and the basic physical idea where all that really came to mind for him. But I could have modeled that in maybe 30 odd points, not quite superheroic. Then I was just going to make him brickish, but a) that's really easy, point wise, he needs more; and b) I didn't want to step on (heh, 'cause I'm tall, get it?) The Viking too much. So, I needed some kind of power idea. He's tall, he's kinda rubbery, and he's got a really great sense of balance. Those three things are kinda weird, but they come together in some kind of fun ideas.

If points and power levels expand, I may expand on the idea of balance, and give him a touch of mysticism, to represent inner balance. Hence the Trance feat and ranks in Theology. A philosophical bobble. :)
 


Don't forget to post Mr. TV in the roll call. The history could come later (just tell me when that's been updated) :P

Since We're waiting for Rev (posting character during weekend before Monday) and Matt (posting the character on Friday), I guess I could post the game's opener tomorrow evening/night so that the European players can post something at work before they are off for the weekend. ;)
