Relique (yes, specifically Relique), I like this:

Claws (10pp total)
Strike 2 (Extra: Penetrating 4 [+1]; Power Feats: Affects Insubstantial, Improved Critical, Mighty, Split Attack; 10pp)

Combat: Attack +8 / +12 (Melee); Damage +4 (Strike, 19-20 Crit) // +2 (Rage) / +2 (Sneak Attack); Defense +12 (+4 flat-footed); Initiative +9
Can you please bring it down a notch to make it acceptable for my character?

He must have Superspeed to a high degree, and some ability to Leap or Jump (but only enough to clear a 15ft wall from a standing jump

Super Speed [5pp/rank] If you want to use the super speed array version or Speed [1pp/Rank]. Booth start at 10mph --> 25 mph-->50 mph--->100 mph etc, but Super Speed gives you a built in array of super powers with 2pp per rank.

Leap 2 [2pp] (x5 jump distance)

He also needs to be immortal, and with a faerie or magical power source. I guess he should be vulnerable to Iron or similar.
Immortality = Regeneration (Resurrection).

Resurrection 1 2pp (Extra: True Resurection)
When you die, you can make a recovery check (DC 10) in a weeks time. success means your condition becomes unconscious and disabled. Failure means your dead for at least another week. Upping the ranks in this power makes you recover faster. 1 week--->1 day---->5 hours--->1 hour--->20 min--->5 min--->1 min--->1 round (max for this game)

Vulnerabilityto Iron would be a Common flaw (2 pt) Not sure how lethal you want it to be.

He needs a bit of ability in Claws or Natural Weapon, [/qoute]

and to be difficult or impossible to hurt with ordinary firearms (but nastier powers could of course hurt him).

The Immortality thing isn't really about Regeneration. It's more about how, unless something unnusual happens, he won't die of old age. He can still be killed by weapon, power or just falling off a sufficiently high place.

Or would that just come under fluff, and not require a power?

* Right now this attack does 3 damage (2 +1 STR damage) and does up to 4 Penetrating Damage.

Attack +6 = 12pp
Defense +6 (Flatfooted 3) = 12pp
Rage.... 1pp (It's a feat. The +2 STR bonus to damage)
Sneak Attack..... 1pp (+2 Damage on a Surprise attack )
Intiative..... Bonus depends on dex, Improved Init feat, etc.

Claws +6 (Melee); Damage +3 (Penetrating Strike, 19-20 Crit.)

If you want to be anal: Immunity 1 (Aging). But I'm not going to nitpick over a 1 pp immunity so consider it a descriptor (fluff).

Its an extremely good question Relique and I've been thinking long and hard on this one to give myself a realistic limit on my shape shifting powers I think I'll have to go for TV personalites/characters, so the president of the united states or america appearing in a news piece wouldn't let him shift but if he'd acted in a sitcom years ago then he would be able to change into him but only in his get up in that sitcom.

He will be able to change in News Reporters and cartoons and certain vehicles and animals, like flipper or skippy the kangaroo or kit from knight rider or the A team van. I'm not sure how to describe it but he wouldn't be able to turn into a great big diamond or a nuclear bomb or a tank just because they've turned up on TV he can only change into iconic inanimate objects and TV personalities.

I'm thinking Movies won't count, unless he powers himself up somehow in the future. I'm not 100% sure about him having to act in character all the time when he's shape changed too I'm 50/50 whether I should limit him to acts his on screen persona has done before or not and make him concentrate if he wishes to do something deliberately out of character.

Now I'm thinking the shapechange power will be the only power I'll want to take but that depends on if that'll allow me to turn into a car and go 80 miles per hour or into something which could fly and other powers?

Shapeshift would allow that, but considering the number of Super Hero/fantasy/sci fi shows that would exist, I don't think your power qualifies for the limited flaw. So if anything the only able to turn into tv characters/iconic tv vehicles would be a descriptor at best.

Want to give me some pointers Relique... I've only created one M&M character before and that was like 2 or 3 years ago...

So I'm thinking about maxing his strenght to start with, which would be 22 in PL6 campaign right? Then I'll need to put some more points to Super Strenght Power (so he can really lift "HEAVY THINGS"). After that I'd like to give him some powers that has something to do with Extreme Cold. Definetly Immunity to cold and perhaps some kind of attack.

Oh, I did find that book of mine. It was where I guessed it to be. At the bottom of the move boxes... Yeah, it's been almost a year, and I haven't unpacked yet :blush:...

Create Object (Ice) of course with a duration of continuous and innate or subtle power feats.

A cold blast maybe? Ice Spear/Lance? Freezing Touch ?

Enviromental Contol: Exteme Cold (Weather Control Cold)?

Trip (you create a sheet of ice on the floor)?
