MM4: Voor (Yugoloth)

When reading MM4 today, I found that Voor is blind but only has blindsense, not blindsight. It does not have Blind-Fight feat either. Does that mean Voor always suffer 50% miss-chance when attacking? Does that also mean Voor is always denied it's Dex bonus to AC? Am I missing something?

As one of my player is playing Malconvoker and likes to summon this creature, I want to know well about this one.

That seems right. Good catch.

Blindsense (Ex): Using nonvisual senses, such as acute
smell or hearing, a creature that has blindsense notices
things it cannot see. The creature usually does not need
to make Spot or Listen checks to pinpoint the location of
a creature within range of its blindsense ability, provided
that it has line of effect to that creature. Any opponent the
creature cannot see still has total concealment against the
creature that has blindsense, and the creature still has the
normal miss chance when attacking foes that have concealment.
Visibility still affects the movement of a creature with
blindsense. A creature that has blindsense is still denied its
Dexterity bonus to Armor Class against attacks from creatures
it cannot see.
