MnM Creature with multiple limbs and attacks...

I want to design a creature, similiar to the "squid" from The Matrix movie. I am thinking it would be a construct. Have the power of flight (obviously) always on. And have 8 "tentacles" with which it can attack with. I see the Extra Limb feat, but it mentions that you don't get extra attacks from this feat. How can I make such a creature with the MnM rules? I want it to be able to grab, pick up, or punch with each of it's 8 tentacles... Another way to picture it would be as if you were designing Doctor Octopus...

Could use any help/suggestions...

How I have always handled it might not be 100% correct BUT I have always purchased the power (strike, EB, whatever) extra times equal to the number of attacks I want and then add it in with Ambidex and Two-Wpn Fighting Feats.

Now just from the rules, you could get Ambidex, Two-Wpn Fighting, Rapid Strike and take the Automatic extra on your power, and you should be able to attack five times (each at -10 to each attack I believe).

I think you should just add extra feats like from the Monster Monster to allow Multiattacks.
