This 11-page issue of Modern Dispatch provides modern d20 GMs with game material based on City Hall. The issue includes maps of the two story City Hall, the building's description and history, two GM characters (a City Councilman and the Mayor), 15 adventure seeds, and one mini-adventure taking place on the building's steps.
