Modern/Futuristic Writers and Reviewers Needed

Hi All,

Silven Crossroads (http://www.silven.com) is looking for writers and reviewers to contribute to its Modern/Futuristic section. While writers work on a volunteer basis, contributors receive benefits such as free review copies and a chance to be published on the site. Also, as head of the Modern section, I will provide professional references to those that prove themselves as responsible and energetic contributors.

The qualifications for the writer/reviewer positions are as follows:

• Must be willing to review various genres of the d20 Modern spectrum, including but not limited to action, adventure, fantasy, horror, and war games
• Must have a basic understanding of the d20 Modern rules as established in the modern SRD
• Experience as a player in a modern campaign
• Experience as a Modern GM is not necessary

If you would like to gain valuable writing experience and help Silven expanded its ever-growing Modern section, then please send your writing samples (links preferred) and a summary of your Modern RPG experience to Melissa (handle: Mariana) at pipermelissa@hotmail.com.

Since I see the need for one additional writer in Silven's Modern/Futuristic section, I am temporarily re-opening this call. All of the requirements are the same as stated above. I only ask that you send your writing resume (your professional resume, which includes your address, phone number, etc. is not required) in the body of the email as text or in .RTF format if you must send an attachment.

This call will close next Wednesday (April 6th), at which point I will make a decision and contact the selected writer.
