Modern Maps

Millennium's End from Chameleon Eclectic has a sourcebook called GM's Companion. I don't know if they are still around, but the sourcebook has layouts for offices, malls, hotels, museums, resteraunts, etc. I also has lists of npc names and character traits. I have adapted it for use in many games including Merc 2000, Star Wars and Shadowrun. I am sure it will be priceless when I can put together a Modern campaign.

Hey Mapmaker,
Which issue number are you referring to so I will pick it up. And here is a stupid question for you. I know what dungeon mag is for but could you give me a description of Polyhedron please. Thanks.

I'm not Mapmaker but I'll answer one of your questions anyways:) Polyhedron is the D20 mag, covering other stuff besides D&D, which has been selling on the flipside of Dungeon for the last several issues. It's been the main reason I've been buying the mag as of late because I have'nt been with the adventures in Dungeon:(

Thanks for the response Kenpo Wolf,
One other question for you sir. What is the focus of Polyhedron, D20 Modern or other things. I am hoping something like Dungeon will comeout that is for D20 Modern or is that what Polyhedron really is. Thanks for all the feed back.

3, Amusement areas like parks, museums and amusement parks

Here is a page where you can get a map of Cedar Point "The Amazement Park". Full of forgotten history, record setting attractions, and (according to some people) even ghosts.
Just a few hours Northwest of me as well :D

The all time theme park map coup would probably be a map of Disneyworld that includes the underground employee areas.

I too would like to see some floorplans for shopping malls, schools, airports and the like.

More maps for people to look for...
Meatpacking plant.
Candy Factory.
Museum.
Just a few ideas.

Couple of things

Kenpo Wolf,
I found a copy of Dungeon/Polyhedron at my local Barnes and Noble. Intresting the whole split thing, I wouldn't have even found Polyhedron if it weren't for me randomly flipping the mag over. And just out of curiousty what is in the last issue that was so good.

Bran Blackbyrd,
Thanks for the link for the amusement park map. Might come in handy.

modern maps

I've always had a thing for adventures that happen on boats/ships. I've had great luck with the brochures that cruise lines put out. They have good maps of the decks of the ships plus they usually include plans for the different cabin layouts.
I'm thinkning cruise ship hijack rescue operation.
